A comment on a webinar is NOT the same as an ASX announcement. This should be obvious? Look up 3.1 and 3.2 disclosure rules if you don’t understand.
As to the rest of your earlier post, I think the market reaction to the two recent capital raises validates my point. Director buying is nearly always a good thing, but anyone following JP’s confident buying would have seen a significant wipeout of their own capital alongside his. Management are often the most positively-biased investors of all. I made a similar comment when JP & DJ made their buys around $1.20 and received a lot of “management know better than you” responses back then!
