...It is worth mentioning that within the text sanctioned and published in the Official Gazette of the Nation, it is established that the provinces and municipalities that adhere to the RIGI may not impose new local taxes on Single Project Vehicles (known as VPU, owners of one or more phases of a project that qualifies as a Large Investment), except for the remuneration rates for services actually provided.In other words, the collection of new taxes on those existing as of December 31, 2023 is prohibited...
