Honestly a silly idea to bet the mortgage on a stock. My confidence in this one has dropped tbh and 98-99% of stocks in general, I wish I could say otherwise as I love looking through results and picking a few that find something special, it's fun watching a good story unfold, however it's not really any good when a commodity is in a downtrend, I can see why Dave Ramsey won't touch individual stocks.
