A 5-year offtake agreement in return for a prepayment (loan) facility, with specifics provided around maturity of the debt, interest capitalization, and even a disclosed margin over SOFR. All locked into a term sheet. That's how you organise mine finance when your name is Bill Beamont; aspiring juniors take note.
