Considering the overall market has gone into recession panic mode, this offer would be gladly accepted by a vast majority of holders, as GLN under current management was heading towards 5 cents or lower. They simply have no cash, the offer of $150mil is very generous, imo, considering cash at hand and the deflating of the lithium bubble, I would take it and invest my trapped funds into a plethora of stocks that is currently being dumped across the ASX landscape.
On the other hand the offer also shows opportunistic bids see tremendous value at this point in time.
