To your question. Yes, the total contribution to be made is 33 million US dollars. This has to borne by POSCO, Arcadium and Galan. I do not know whether these amounts have already been paid.The frequently mentioned support from the provincial government is not just empty words. I therefore assume that the HMW project will not be jeopardised by timely demands from the government.

Cautionary - irony mode on -
If I were a provincial governor, I would divide it up as follows:
40% of POSCO because they are in Salta, cheeky
40% of Arcadium because they got a $100 million loan from the IFC, caused a lawsuit for using too much fresh water, cause they paid fines for suspected tax evasion and
5% extra because I don't like the CEO

that leaves a balance of 5% for Galan, payment target 2026!
