You're right of course, they've already started cooling it down.
Surely Chemphys knew the mines were closing and moved quickly with the CR, you know, a few lobsters and a few bottles of Benfolds later..... or am I reading too much into this? I'm probably wrong, the Chinese are very tight lipped about these sorts of things.
