Dear Mr. Chemphys,
sorry to bother you, but if it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you please make all necessary arrangements to enable Galan to release a couple of market sensitive announcements today.
First there's the small matter of a $40 million Off Take agreement, successful conclusion of your Due Diligence to allow this to be concluded would be greatly appreciated.
Secondly, confirmation that you will be taking up your $4.5 of the Placement Offer would also assist.
If these could be finalised with all due speed to give the share price a well needed boost and encourage wavering share holders to take up their entitlements, that would be really helpful.
