My point was that until this new round of shares hit the market, the SP will stay stuck where it is, before hopefully finally taking off (and I mentioned that for this to happen, the offset + funding deal must also be closed).

As for JP, yeah, he made a bunch of rookie mistakes, hopefully he learned his lessons.

My investment strategy allowed me to have the same amount of shares than I did before, plus 80% of cash preserved.

Seems the focus was trying to be right on a pull back.
