Hi @8horse, hope all well. Just a minor change on the above, as of today there are 722.7M shares outstanding with just the 42.8M of the Chemphys placement left to go; excluding those it's sitting at $94M market cap today's close. Assuming that completes they'll have 765.5M shares outstanding, so at 13c it's at $100M.
One month ago it hit $50M market cap (at 10c), so even though share price is only up 30%, market cap has gone up almost 100%. However with this raise done, that should be the end of the ATM.
