Yes this is a good point Pete. I think the natural counter is that the path they took led them to increase the share count by ~76% since July without advancing the project at all (aside from paying down their creditors). That is a permanent capper of share value for holders because the only way to undo it is a buyback, and they will be literally years from ever being in such a position. It's why looking at how management have respected (or not) the share count is such a key stock filter for me.
