I think the clock is ticking now, given they rejected an offer with a huge premium, because funding was pending.
If it doesn't happen in the next month or so, this will be yet another red cross next to the names of the MD and board.
GLN is such a sad story because the resource is so attractive, but shareholders have been diluted into oblivion by managerial incompetence.
I can't believe they are still tapping the ATM after all this time.
