I mentioned this a long time ago, the quantum chemphys was looking to provide under a prepayment, at lithium prices at the time of chemphys announcement (prices now much lower) was not going not plug the funding gap now.
Cap raise + chemphys u$40m or more likely a smaller amount from chemphys is my guess. There is no way chemphys would be putting any money forward without seeing the project fully funded to positive cashflow. Who would...be akin to asking a bank to finance half a house build and saying don't worry im good for the rest.
Plug some very basic numbers into a calculator based on li price forecasts and that prepayment number comes out very skinny but let's see what transpires.
