we hav been giving them cash since forever with nothing but reckless management. if we let this CR go through it surely is not going to land us in production.
if we can freeze everything, even at fire sale USD 150mil we all still get 20+ cents.
Rio has 8~9 Bil cash in hand. 150mil is a walk in the park.
249d is one of the option.
It's our money on the line. We have been funding their salaries by dilution.
some of us are linked I guess. we just need to connect.
if this CR goes through we won't ever see the SP above 30 cents when the market turns.
