Can do with as they choose? Not quite how such things are structured. I've been on a site where a customer paid for and owned some kit in order to double supply of that particular chemical. They were also responsible for maintenance on their kit and there was a long term contract in place. Big picture the main points are:
    1. Superior commercial terms compared to supply to Chemphys (I.e. China). Also superior OPEX/CAPEX outcomes with some technology risk obviously.
    2. Plant owned by the plant technology vendor. Given it's a proprietary process that's quite fair. Obviously does increase complexity in particular for a TO type scenario - perhaps thats part of the plan? Forcing potential suitors to launch bids now before things start moving far down that track and/or to act as defence against a TO once built. I've been on sites where customers have paid for and owned and maintained plant and it has worked well.

Few other questions too but that would be the main points. Only commenting here as the cat has well and truly been let out of the bag above re the broad parameters of the terms. I never comment on such things otherwise.
