TBH it's like getting qualification for BG LCE if the producers are not in a hurry the qualification process is very long but like in the last lithium shortage cycle it can be hasten.
right now macro is a mess coupled with some oversupply so China converters all taking it slow.
but i think it won't last, China has and is stimulating their economy to buffer this tariff war. the easiest investment is Solar and BESS coupled with prolly mini nuclear power plants. look at the installations and upcoming BESS installations.
Solar panel prices have went up in march 2025 around 9%-12%, a sign of things to come...
having BESS installations will keep china stimulus in country and lessen fossil fuel dependency, a further propel china to a much more self contained economy in energy sense.
Now all we need is to have China's BESS storage to go up by an hour and like YJ Lee pointed out. massive shortage incoming...
