I guess he's basing it on the 2 takeover offers the company has received in the last 9 months, both at multiples of the current SP, and both rejected.
There are 50+ Li juniors on the ASX and I can't think of any that has received so much as one offer, let alone two, over this period.
Maybe its a reflection of what we all feel (and know) as being investors in a completely undervalued stock. Unless you have a better explanation why companies want to pay 2-3 times our MC for us, and can't get so much as a look in.
Reasonable logic to conclude these offers might continue imo
