My suspicion based on volume and loosely following the buy/sell...

    My suspicion based on volume and loosely following the buy/sell side is that Latam Resources (Chemphs) are gradually exiting at breakeven or as close to as they can get since Galan pulled the plug on them. They got diluted below a substantial holder so can exit without disclosure. They took a 42.8M share stake at 10.5 and the sell side at that level keeps getting refilled. On the buy side I noticed the other day there was about 7M share depth at 10 and this is now 2M. The support at that level has been pretty impressive.
