I've been watching it pretty closely and concur with thoughts re LATAM. I actually think they started 30 Apr - a chunk was sold that day followed by a 'special crossing' AFTER the closing auction for 2.5 million at 10c. That was back when I mentioned they were overdue to report on going sub substantial holder status. When that form eventually came through (about a week later from memory) it was backdated and looked sketchy. Have been quite a few high(ish) volume days since then and I would think they must be close to done by now.
