Tax loss selling, but before JP goes, the chairman needs to go first, followed by a couple other joy riders. Bring in a new chairman and then offload JP, then bring in a professional management team, that can bring a cornerstone automotive investor.
personally I think at some point, RIO will take them out with petty cash.
