Your correct on the 96M O/S however,
you'll note I use the term insiders and MGMT.
Ask for a top20. You'll see Clive with around 7% I believe
and 2-3% from the ARG locals (JP's on the ground team.)
I then include my shares and a few others I know who aren't trading the shares.
I could be off by 5M or so but, I believe the FLOAT of GLN is around 20M-30M shares.
No one is selling.
