So pretty much only 3.5km by 2.5km useful land, rest of land all junk (eg 99ppm, hole 7, 141ppm hole 4, 121ppm hole 2).
3.5km X 2.5km (take out part of hole 7, useless low grade 99ppm) X 120m depth X 1.15 SG X 600ppm X 0.15 (estimated porosity), that's only less than 100,000 tons.
