When there is this much noise in the market, as the saying goes, people often fail to see the forest for the trees.
Unfortunately at times like this fear typically fuels the herd mentality you talk about.
I agree when the turnaround comes it will be swift, just as quick, if not quicker than the early 2018 run up.
I try to dumb things down, ignore the noise and focus on the big picture at play.
