Price still being constrained by...
- Bale-outs: there are still people looking to off-load
- Manipulation: accumulators are selling small parcels to themselves to drive price down, and there are off-screen buy and sell orders that gazump retail orders in the queue.
Until we see that BUY queue get substantially larger (with genuine bids) we will keep oscillating.
