All I can say is I got the 4-8 weeks from a reliable source, and yes I was aware of the very respected local lawyer - like you I have done lots of research on Galan - however, I hope I am wrong and the drilling permits are quicker than I expect.
I do agree there will be lots of news over the next couple of months
