they have weeks to sell and weeks to buy. They have been doing this since 0.30 or earlier. Why? I think it is because instos has control protocolos that must to follow to rebalance their portfolio. Anyway the important data is not if one week or other they are buying or selling, I thinkg the important one is if each month they finish with more or lesser shares.
