Some very savvy buying going on - and little sign of undisciplined FOMO from retail.
While this doesn't make for rocket ship price jumps, it also lessens the likelihood of Lemming price drops.
Good solid day-by-day price growth is much better for maintaining long term re-rates.
Having said that - settling into the mid $1.60's is what I am hoping for from today.
