That shorting was about news media articles with negativity toward Li brine evaporation and the loss of water in the salars ....in Chile i believe.
I am so glad that Hombre Muerto seems to have more brine than Chile and no inhabitants on the western side of the salar.
Livent has been operating the Pheonix ponds for decades now and all other tenement holders Posco and Allchem are also proceeding with evaporation ponds aren't they?
