High Purity Concentrate has many potential customer pathways, send it next door to Livent / Posco / Allkem, Send it to Ganfeng, Send it to the USA whereby the processing into Carbonate / Hydroxide can occur (Which will qualify for subsidies under the US Inflation Reduction Act)
Compare that to some of our Argentina peers who plan to produce battery grade in Argentina (Argentina does not have a free trade agreement with the US). Any company who is planning to produce battery grade in argentina will have to ship it to Asia, as the US will be looking at other options i.e procuring concentrate & doing processing in the US, or procuring battery grade from free trade partners only
