I get frustrated, upset, angry, disappointed aswell. Its only apart of being naturally human. Difference is you need to balance out the negatives with an equal amount of positives
You have been running on non-stop negative for months, you disappeared when the biggest positive landed. You briefly popped your head in the door 1 week later (to vent a negative), you disappeared when that didn't eventuate, now you are back again (venting the negative frustration)
Notice your pattern of only venting negatives ? Zero balancing out with anything positive
I am sure it is just 1 big massive coincidence that now you are aware of, I look forward to reading an equal amount of positivity from you in the future
