What do you think the board are going to decide to do with Raymond Liu's unvested Performance Rights?

Quick someone stuff 1.1 million dollars in his pocket before he walks out the door! And make sure you queue up another 1.5 million in shares for the next guy. It's only fair that the next guy gets renumerated like everyone else around here - can't have double standards can we?



Well done retailers - normally I'm proud to be part of retail (but not today). And shareholders wonder why they get screwed over and over again by the management of ASX listed companies. At some point the little guys need to actually stand up for themselves and say enough is enough. Though I'm sure there are a lot of deals going on behind the scenes - like maybe a large broker saying "we'll vote for your ridiculous performance rights package as long as you give us the next raise but it has to be with plenty of options" - old Canaccord mates perhaps?

These decisions will reverberate around these forums and the market, impacting sentiment, for a good 6 to 9 months (I would think).
