I have just read on twitter:
- The resolution to reappoint Raymond and issue shares has been voted down, Raymond no longer on the board
- Resolution to issue shares to Mr Chalwell scrapped through marginally
- All other Resolutions passed with a 63-65% in favor

Will await the announcement later this afternoon on market (likely after the close), whilst I would have liked to see a stronger message sent to the greedy double dipping on some resolutions, I think Management will get the message that nothing passed with a +90%, they will know that what they have just pulled is not fully supported and are now on notice IMO

I get that some people will have mixed feelings (me included), but I am somewhat happy a subtle warning shot was sent from a large portion of holders today
