Just my opinion, but If I were to sign an offtake , a binding one and not one of those MOU fluffs, I would wait for the DFS to come out.
Reason is that DFS would outline details around capex. I'd imagine in this climate that a binding offtake agreement would go hand in hand with a pre-payment deal to fund part of capex.
