Perhaps he's just salty that someone took the only ground suitable to build ponds in the Feenix area.

Which in itself is an interesting comment when reflecting on the recent conversation about the Geography of Galan's tenements, not having ground on the actual Salar has always been portrayed as a negative, well perhaps not.

In a possible freshwater constrained world for Feenix, does the pond system right next door not become a very attractive asset?
