I don't want to give you any financial advice because that's not allowed, but one thing I've learned over the Many years I've been investing in the market is that sooner or later there will be a correction, COVID, GFC, 87, TECH Bubble.... All huge opportunities

Once the dust settles, then you should pick a diverse stock portfolio including ETFs, I avoid companies holding huge debt. Be ready for that day, always keep something aside for these days because that's when the real money is made.

Pay your mortgage off as quick as possible, if you're young, put the maximum you can into super and let the big boys do what they do.
