That would be an interesting discussion at the time because the calcs show that after paying all the interest GLN would be able to use 70% of FCF for debt repayment and 30% of fcf for dividends. If the debt duration is shorter than payback period I am sure new debt would be obtained given the profitability of the company at the time.
