I can’t help but think it’s more likely clarification of permitting requirements for Phase 2 otherwise I’m pretty sure the words “export licence” would be in the ANN somewhere. Unless it’s just clumsy English.
After the negative recent financing ANN I’m really hoping it’s not followed up by another negative one. The way the markets are right now, that wouldn’t go down well at all.
