Mate, with drilling thats where our value will sky rocket.
Most of the projects are going to be drilled soon or already started, most already have sampling done and that too with not small samples taken but hundreds within the projects.
With regards to running out of funds, our two exec directors have some strong connections it seems, perhaps why we were able to raise money easily (a few times at premium to VWAP)? And also have that $10 million facility that we have not even needed to use yet. In addition to a number of JV and offtake deals done, they definitely do have the right links.
Not forgetting as well that further down the line with a JORC MRE and mining approvals in place, we are fully funded -
1) Tin - offtake with prepayment,
2) Gold - fully funded with royalty.
3) ALL 4 Lithium projects - possibility to be fully funded as well with Yahua? We just need to wait on an announcement and terms of the JV. Otherwise should definitely have an offtake, why would Yahua come in as a strategic partner if not?
4) other projects, no agreements yet done on them but I am sure something is being worked on for sure.
By the way we did spin out one project before and it did bring us value, though in the form of liquid investment at the moment, this is Balkans Lithium project (BMM), though I would rather they go at it all in EVR honestly and only spin out if and when they have an MRE to realise more value.
