Agreed, EVR has been range bound for a while now, and the recent positive divergence does suggest a potential breakout. I also think that some good news could give it a boost and drive the price higher. Fingers crossed for a successful run! we all know what the investors are waiting for and if it drops it could be a different beast altogether.
