    There is estimated to be more than 100,000 abandoned mines in Arizona as per this article and so it is more than feasible that this one hadn't been snapped up yet given that there are so many. The other factor to consider is that copper has only started to become a much more valuable commodity now with the EV revolution and that's where the real value here is with New Standard
