i couldn't help but notice both yahua MOU company's (EVR and EFE) are again walking the similar path. to me it's too much of a coincidence to not be related somehow. being that yahua is in at .045 a share it doesn't make a lot of sense to me- has anyone either looked into or has any information as to why these 2 company's are strikingly similar? or the knowledge to give that any credit?
