Yahua own almost 10% of the company. It would be pretty silly of them not to go ahead with the strategic partnership. I'm guessing there are a few things being lined up in the background, along with them waiting for more favourable market conditions to maximise impact, which is why we haven't seen the partnership announcement yet. Happy for them to take their time if it means they do it right.
