Apologies ahead of time for posting as I have not much of value to add- other than to agree with most of the recent posters.
EVR is my second biggest holding. I'm now down ~30% on average. I've added small parcels as the SP dropped.
I continue to believe in this stock primarily based on the merits of their projects and track record of its executive team.
My only regret is not leaving some $ in the kitty to accumulate massively around this price point.
