Good for you mate. Agree there would be Tax Loss selling going on. Along with the general Equity Market sentiment at the moment.
As for not putting out an announcement before the 30 June in the hope that it helps the share price; how about they put out the announcement when they have a material JV Agreement. Wouldn't that be the behaviour that we would expect from EVR Management. So if they have it now then release it now, if they don't then they can't.
It's not really the MO of a JV Partner to buy on market. Why would they when they will be blessed with the opportunity of discount shares/equity as they increase their JV Holding to a level that the OZ Government allows. Especially as drilling continues and EVR needs cash to fund it.
