Well I think you should sell out of this stock then.

    But I wonder
    - How has the stock been pumped?
    - What grand announcements did the company make that did not have to be made to inform shareholders what they are doing or to be in compliance?

You do realise right that assuming even if nothing comes out of the Yahua deal, we still have all the projects and are drilling, which takes time.
Drill rigs as well are not easy to come by at the moment and most labs are backloged.

In addition management are taking peanuts but you expect them to sit there 24/7?

Again nothing has changed and I see the company doing things well given the current circumstances.
Do not forget as well, we had no cash and only had 2 projects with no work done on it before the current management came in.
    After new management came in:
    - We now have over $5 million in cash
    - we spun out a project that had zero value attributed to it and give us around $2.5 million cash equivalent (if sold now - almost $10 million before).
    - we have $10 million drawdown facility, which we have not even used yet
    - we have/had 12 projects, 3 were dropped as it didn't make sesnse and now we have 9 solid projects (2 are under due diligence still), with 2 possibly being mega projects (New standard and Khartoum?)
    - we have 1 binding offtake and a possible binding offtake for 3 more (or JV with Yahua or both?).
    - we have 2 projects which are fully funded to production - Yanamina and Khartoum (prepaid).

    - Would Lithium projects be fully funded (prepaid?) as well with Yahua? Perhaps, if so then 5 projects are fully funded, which gives us more than 55% of our portfolio fully funded or 70%, if we exclude the 2 under due diligence. Can you name an explorer with such % of projects fully funded to production?
    - Finally management have a vested interest and have been buying at way higher prices. They hold a sizeable % of the company.

Do keep in mind as well that management have actually dropped 3 projects as mentioned (1 mexican, texas silver in QLD and NT tin project) rather than sitting on it and wasting money, if it makes no sense to them they drop it rather that wasting shareholder money to continue drilling and put oul as you say grand announcements and pump the stock.

It is just unfortunate that we are in a market now where everything is down and penny stocks of course will suffer the greatest, on the flip side with a strong market penny stocks perform the best, I wonder if anyone would be moaning about grand announcements if the stock is at $0.09, where it was before or $0.20 even.
