Now that would be a great turn of events...hand to mouth for copper...TCRC will lower for mines and as long as real demand for refimed copper is out there...copper price should head sharply up.
unless there are other hidden warehoused copper stocks ready to dump into an ascending price....who knows really?
at least opacity in Cu is much more limited relative to REE....
