Well, I didn't manage to snag any at 0.23, but 0.24 is still incredibly cheap so I'm not too disappointed. It's still a 40% discount to what Zijin are paying.
I wonder who the seller of 4M at 0.24 is, they are a quarter of the entire sell side.
