Does the company not have the expertise to attempt to get this to production? I mean a 50/50 JV seems clearly like the best outcome.
Use Jin expertise retain 50%. Even if they gave up more to reduce dilution 40% of the mine is worth a hell of a lot more than $50 mill long term.
