I really can't see the risk. Mongolia is a democracy and its future stability is assured as the key transit route for Russia to China. Power of Siberia 2 pipeline in particular. Nothing Nuland can do to stir trouble.
Three new freight lines to China just built. Tavan Tolgoi to replace much of Ozzie coking coal exports. Oyu Tolgoi mining at depth now.
The AVZ situation is a dispute over secondary share trading which is irrelevant to XAM as This stake was a new issue
