BCK is incorporated in Bermuda, SOI ~ 10B, directors / exec paying themselves ~AUD$300k per quarter (alot for a penny stock that isn't producing), the company office is in Hong Kong, they report the quarterly in HK$ (therefore multiply by 0.2 get AUD), one of the execs is getting a ~AUD$180k housing allowance for HK (for 2020, 2021 - see annual report dated 20/9/2021), etc ..............
Sorry but this company stinks IMHO and there are too many reasons to stay away !!
